Starry Night by Vincent VanGogh will be my first attempt in my series of painted copies of masterpieces. I think this painting will lend itself very well to doing a time lapse video. I am hoping that I can work in some animation as well, to make the video more interesting.

The actual painting is located at the MOMA in New York, although their website states that it is not currently being displayed. Why is this?
